Following last autumn's debut of "NIWA BEER WASABI," we are excited to introduce the second installment of our original craft beer series from Hotel Niwa!

In celebration of our 15th anniversary, "NIWA BEER ICHIGO" draws inspiration from the wordplay between "fifteen" and "strawberry" in Japanese. Made with an abundance of Tokyo-grown strawberries, this beer features a subtle sweet aroma and a refreshing bitterness. It is a limited release of just 400 bottles.

Starting May 18, you can enjoy this unique beer at both of our restaurants. Be sure to visit soon, as it will be available only while supplies last.
